I am the director of the “International School Inspiro”: Education focused on Coaching Personal Development, Focusing Somatic Experiencing, Energy Rebalancing and Conscious Movement oriented to Tai Chi Qi Gong.
With my coaching work I offer a way to recover your inner strength, prioritise self-care, to connect you with your self-recovery ability and adopt a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle. To help you see through and leave behind the old conditioned personality facets that are not really yours. Often we keep circling in the same patterns and we keep repeating our history unconsciously and unintentionally. I would like to support and inspire you to rediscover your inner compass so that you can live your own path freely according to your natural blueprint. Firmly anchored in yourself.
I am certified in “Focusing Somatic Experiencing”, an internally oriented psychotherapeutic approach accredited by the International Institute of Focusing Spain, AEFCA. I hold a professional Bachelor Degree in Social Readaptation Sciences, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and resilience as transformative processes for adapting well in the face of adversity and trauma.
I have undergone extensive training in various Qi Gong and Tai Chi disciplines at the School of Martial Arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine and philosophy Wudang Shan and at the Spanish Branch of Wudang Taoist KungFu Academy. I have participated in the National Kung Fu Tai Chi Championship in Madrid (national department Kung Fu D.N.K.F.) and the Andalusian Tai Chi Championship (Andalusian department wushu-kung fu C.E.W.K.) I am a qualified Qi Gong instructor and a certified instructor from the Universal Healing Tao system from Mantak Chia from Thailand, a world authority on Qi Gong. As an instructor I like to share my passion and enrich your life and offer valuable tuition in this empowering art.
My other qualifications are in practical Energy Work, Energy Rebalancing and EFT Emotional Freedom Technique. I am a Certified EFT/TFT Tapping Master Practitioner, accredited by The Priority Academy Ltd. I hold a certification as a LNT-Trained Therapist, qualified by The New Therapy, (La Nueva Terapia LNT) Schwiderski Method, I,II,III. It is an energetic technique that works from the quantum power of intention for recovery and regeneration. I am certified in Reconnective healing and The Reconnection I,II,III and Reiki I,II,III. I am also a Dance teacher Authentic Dance Movement.
